Great value on Merlot

I was looking for a good Merlot that wouldn't break the bank and Vino.com had some solid options. I ended up getting one with a small discount they were running. The price was really fair, especially compared to some other places I checked online. Shipping wasn't free, but it was reasonable for the bottle. It arrived quicker than I thought, just four days. I felt like I got a good deal, which is what I always look for. Definitely worth the purchase.

Solid Chianti, minor delivery hiccup

I bought a bottle of Chianti from Vino.com. The wine itself was quite good for the price point, and I was pleased with the quality. The website was easy to navigate when I placed the order. My only small gripe was that the delivery took a bit longer than the estimated time, arriving on the seventh day instead of the stated five. The packaging was robust, though. Overall, a good experience, but maybe they could tighten up delivery estimates a little.

Good wine, smooth order

I ordered a bottle of Brunello di Montalcino last week. It shipped pretty fast, took maybe five days to get to me in Portland. The wine tasted great, just as I expected. No issues with the packaging or anything. It was a pretty easy process overall.

My new favorite store!

I just got a bottle of Sassicaia and it was fantastic! The delivery was super quick, got here in just three days, which was awesome. I'm so happy with my purchase. I will definitely be ordering again very soon!

Excellent experience with Alto Adige red

I recently purchased an Alto Adige red wine from Vino.com. The ordering process on their website was straightforward and intuitive. I received email updates throughout, and the wine arrived well-packaged within six business days to my address in Phoenix. The bottle was secure, and the temperature seemed fine upon arrival. The wine itself was exactly what I hoped for, a good quality for the price I paid. I didn't need to contact customer support, so I can't comment on that, but everything else went smoothly. I would recommend them.

Vino vs Wine.com for Italian reds? I'm looking for a solid Brunello, wondering who has better selection or prices generally.

P Paula Okafor 4 weeks ago
For Italian wines specifically, I find Vino often has a more curated selection and sometimes better deals on the really classic producers like Antinori. Wine.com is bigger, but Vino feels a bit more specialized.

I've found Vino's prices on things like Brunello and Barolo to be competitive, sometimes even better, especially if you catch one of their flash sales. Plus, their focus is definitely more on European wines.

Are there any current free shipping codes floating around? My order isn't quite hitting the usual minimum.

E Elena Doyle 3 weeks ago
They occasionally do free shipping promos that don't need a minimum, but it's usually tied to a holiday or a flash deal. Keep an eye on their emails.

Sometimes if you sign up for their newsletter, they send out a free shipping code for your first order or something similar. Worth checking!

Has anyone ever returned wine to Vino? Like if a bottle was corked or something. What's their policy like?

P Priya M. 1 month ago
Yeah, I had a faulty bottle once. Contacted them and they were super helpful, got a replacement sent out pretty quick. No hassle at all.

Returns were easy for me too. Just make sure you keep the original packaging if you can, might make it smoother.

I'm worried about getting a fake Dom Pérignon. Is Vino legit for high-end Champagne, or should I stick to local shops for that?

B Brett Q. 1 month ago
I've bought a few expensive bottles from them, including some vintage Champagne, and never had an issue. Packaging is always secure and bottles seem authentic.

They deal directly with producers, I think that helps. I got a Krug from them and it was perfect, no concerns about authenticity.

Does Vino take Apple Pay or is it just credit cards? Trying to decide if I need to pull out my wallet.

O Omar 1 month ago
Pretty sure they take all the usual cards, Visa, MC, Amex. Not sure about Apple Pay though, I usually just use my credit card.

I've used PayPal before, so they have more than just card options. Check at checkout, it usually lists everything there.
